Training Academy 2019 dates announced

We are very happy to announce that due to the success of the 2018 Training Academy Days, we are happy to announce that we will be holding two Advanced Training Academies this year. The dates are:

• Friday 26^th April 2019
• Friday 18^th October 2019.

These days have been designed to educate and inform our customers about the extensive functionality within DGL Practice Manager. Over the years, we have found that customers may not necessarily be using the system at full capacity and the Training Academy allows our Service Delivery team to show you additional areas of the system, share tips and help you maximise your time and effort when using DGL Practice Manager.

Some of the key functionality areas covered on the day include:

• Building reports
• The outgoings menu
• Patient recalls
• Banking menu
• To do lists
• GDPR Sentinel
