Customer Service Support Hours
You Said: Longer customer service hours
We Listened: Our customer service hours now work around you and when your practice or clinic will be open. You can now call or e-mail us Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, as well as Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

EDI Billing Feature
You Said: Reduce the charge for EDI billing
We Listened: EDI billing we have made it completely free for current and new customers so you can now send an unlimited amount of electronic invoicesthroughout the year.
